October 14, 2015

Third grade students at West Defuniak had fun using sidewalk chalk to demonstrate their knowledge of fractions.

West DeFuniak kindergarten had a great first field trip to Sweet Seasons Farm in Milton, Florida!  They got to navigate the corn maze, bounce on the corn popper, attend "corn college", and ride on the cow train!

5th Grade students have been learning about Indians in their Social Studies Weekly.  They were given an opportunity to choose and create a model of an Indian home.  Students built models of teepees, adobe pueblos, longhouses, igloos, and wigwams.  Their projects are being displayed inthe Media Center for everyone in the school to view and enjoy!
