Students in 2nd grade explored how living things depend on habitats that provide for their basic needs. Students researched different habitats around the world and created models and posters to demonstrate their understanding. They then participated in a gallery walk, viewing their classmates’ habitat projects and learning about the variety of environments, plants, and animals found around the world. Their classroom learning truly came to life as they explored the wild and wonderful habitats of our world!
