Last week, our students had fun celebrating Read Across America Week! Throughout the week, students enjoyed participating in our dress-up days, showing their school spirit and love for reading. One of the highlights was our “Guess Your Teacher’s Favorite Book” display in the library. Students loved trying to guess their teacher's favorite children's book! It sparked lots of great conversations about books and helped students discover some new titles they might want to read. Our 1st grade students even had a special visit from the Cat in the Hat, which made the week extra exciting! 
To top it all off, we wrapped up the celebration with a visit from Kona Ice, giving everyone a cool treat after a fun week. Thank you to everyone who helped make Read Across America Week such a fun and memorable experience for our students!
