Our Read Across America Tissue Box Contest was a big success! We had so many creative and colorful boxes turned in from students across the school. Choosing winners was definitely not easy! Teachers and staff members stopped by the library to cast their votes, and three winners were selected from each grade level. The winners were announced on the morning show, and each student received a book from our book vending machine as their prize. 
All of the tissue boxes will be on display in the library for students to enjoy seeing. After that, the boxes will be shared with classrooms for teachers to use, so their creativity will continue to brighten our school. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this activity such a fun part of Read Across America Week at WDE!
