First Grade students at WDE enjoyed “hands-on” science activities during the first nine weeks of school. During the “Sink or Float” and “Toy Race Car” activities, the students made predictions, conducted experiments, recorded data, and determined whether their predictions were correct. Hands-on learning activities always make learning fun!
