Second Grade students at WDE had an Eggcellent time as they explored gravity! Students participated in an Egg Drop STEM project to understand how gravity pulls things to the center of the Earth. Students made a hypothesis and designed their own “egg nest” to protect their egg. Then, students brought in materials and built their projects. Last, students tested their projects from the bleachers at the ball field by dropping their “egg nest” to see if their egg survived.
