Third grade had an exciting day yesterday at our library’s “Starbooks” Café! Mrs. Childs hosted a special Starbucks-themed book tasting event for our third grade students, where they were able to “sample” different nonfiction books and identify different text features within the pages. It was so much fun seeing our students explore and engage with the books in such a unique way. After the activity, our readers were treated to some delicious chocolate milk “Frappuccinos” and mini muffins! The students were thrilled and said they would love to visit the “Starbooks” Café again!
