Third Grade students at West DeFuniak Elementary met their AR goal this nine weeks. Each student had to earn 15 or more points and maintain an 85 average. They were surprised with icecream and free time outside. Way to go Third Graders!

The 5th period Art students, grades 6th-7th, had a great experience today at Freeport Middle School. Mr. Greg Sauer from FSU played the cello for all of us to hear. This visit is a part of our "Music in Pictures" project sponsored by the Rosemary Beach Foundation. The students practiced visualizing sound with imagery, colors, and feelings. Fun was had by all!
