Reading, Math, and Bowling

February 10, 2017

Students who met the Summer Reading and Math Challenge were rewarded with a bowling trip to Hurricane Lanes in Destin.  Forty-four students in grades 1-5 met the requirements of the challenge.  They were thrilled to spend the day bowling with friends.  They loved challenging each other to see who could get the highest game score and also playing in the arcade.  The day ended with the favorite food of most students - pizza!
Paxton students placed at Regional Science Fair. Emily Wilson placed second in the Junior Division in the Environmental Engineering Category and Zachary Wilson and Tristan Petty placed third in the Senior Division in the Environmental Engineering category. Submitted by Kalli McMillan.
